2007-08: Ran a seasonal best of 2:26.24 in the 800 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4/5)...placed fourth at the indoor CTC Championships in the 500 meter run with a time of 1:26.14 (2/10)...part of the 4x800 meter relay teams that placed first at both the indoor and outdoor CTC Championships.

2006-07: Placed 2nd in the mile and 800 at the indoor CTC Championships with times of 2:25.66 and 5:20.66 respectively (2/11)...ran a personal best in the 800 at the NYU Last Chance meet with a 2:22.01 clocking (1/27).

At Pine Bush High School: Four-year letterwinner in soccer and track & field...level 9 gymnastics as a freshman and sophomore...track: captain as a junior and senior, third place finish at state in the 4x400, Nationals 4x400 champs...soccer: Hudson Valley allstar as a freshman, defensive mvp and team captain as a senior...member of the Ski Club.
