2003: Recorded two top 20 finishes...Placed fifth at the C.W. Post meet (5K) in a time of 17:10...Placed 19th at the NYCAC Championship meet with a time of 30:00.

2002: Finished 19th at the NYCAC Championships (29:45.2)...ran 39:10.2 at 10K to finish 80th at the NCAA New England Regionals. At St. Francis Prep: Three year team captain...as a senior, qualified for the state championships in cross country, indoor and outdoor track...broke 2:00 minute mark for the 800 meters during his senior year.
