2007-08: Ran a personal best in the 800 clocking in at 2:01.77 at the Sam Howell Invitational (4-5-08)...helped the 4x400 and Sprint Medley Relay teams to 4th place finishes stopping the clock at 3:26.14 and 3:48.42 respectively at the Monmouth Season Opener (3/29).

Long Island City High School: Three year member of the baseball team, two year member of the cross-country team...participated in one year of swimming...two-time cross-country MVP...earned the Salvatore Saraceno scholarship, the Sgt. Kenny Stamper Memorial award, the public advocate academic achievement award...member of the National Honor Society, aspira leadership organization, junior statesmen of America, law team and the West side Runners running club...also earned the Chancellor's roll of honor for sports.
