Mepham High School: Four time varsity letter winner in cross country and track and field...earned a spot in the New York State cross country meet junior and senior year...freshman mile county champion...sophomore year county champion in the mile while also a member of the 4x800 county champions...sophomore year county runner up in the 3000 steeple chase.
