2007: Was the Panther's fourth finisher at the NCAA Regional meet placing 41st... recorded four top-60 finishes including a 14th place showing at the conference meet... ran a personal best at the Albany Invitational clocking in at 20:28 over 5k.

2006: Competed in all seven races...set a personal best at the ECC Championship meet placing 9th with a time of 21:10...rounded out the top seven at the regional meet with a time of 25:36 over 6k.

At North Harford High School: Participated in four-years of cross-country and three-years of varsity track...cross-country: three-time first-team all-county selection...second-team all-county selection senior year...placed in the top-three at regionals on three occasions...placed in the top-20 at states three times, including a sixth place showing as a junior...team MVP junior year, team rookie of the year as a freshman...placed sixth at the state track meet in the 4x800 meter relay as a sophomore...member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and Who's Who Among High School Athletes.
